• Our Process

  • How We Work

  • The world wide web is a noisy place these days. To stand out from the crowd and rise above the din, you need a website that truly reflects who you are and what your business is all about.

We start every new project with a thorough and detailed discovery session. It’s vital that we understand you and your business before we can recommend a plan of action.

Once we have agreed on the roadmap, the work begins. Throughout the whole process, we believe that good communication is key to a successful outcome.

The Roadmap

  • What type of website does your business need?
  • Do you know your audience?
  • Why do you need a website?
  • How many whys do you have?

We begin with the Q&A's to help you through this discovery stage. Ultimately to provide a web solution that you will be proud of and more importantly one that works for your business. Through discovery and user research, SiteCrafting works with you to define the scope of the project.

Now, we bring the prototype to life by adding all the nuts & bolts to build your website. Followed by adding all the design needed to match your brand.

But before we are ready to 'live' with your website we run a final testing stage to make sure everything is working as it should and to make any final adjustments.

At this stage, we start to build the framework for your new website.  This begins with a visual Sitemap, which enables you to get an understanding of how the website will function. Here is a typical example.

From there we move onto a working prototype, which can be viewed in your browser. This is a bare-bones model, with no design added at this stage.

So once the website been designed, coded and tested, we will provide you with everything you need to successfully launch your site into the world!

But we don't just walk away at this point. At Rich Creative we believe strong and lasting relationships are the key to continued success. So we will be on hand help and support you, depending on what may need.

"Would highly recommend Rich and look forward to working together again in the near future."
